At Lokahi Sports Hawaii, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent registration experience for all our programs. This Fulfillment & Refund Policy outlines how we process registrations, deliver services, and handle cancellations or refunds.

Program Registration & Fulfillment

All registrations for Lokahi Sports Hawaii programs are processed through our secure Paperform portal. Once your registration is submitted and payment is completed:

  • You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with details of your registration.

  • A follow-up email with season information (field layout, location, equipment requirements, game dates) will be sent at least 3 days before the start of the season.

  • All communications will be sent to the email address you provide during registration.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.

Refunds & Cancellations

We understand that plans change. Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Full Refund: Requests made within the registration period (see home page for current season registration period)

  • No Refund: Cancellations made after the registration period closes

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to lokahisportshi@gmail.com and will be processed within 5–7 business days.
